The Premier League unveiled a new logo in the 2007-2008 season. The new logo is the same lion but instead of facing sideways, now faces forward. The lion also appears to be more majestic in its stance with one of its paws over the ball. The lion is also the national animal of England. The logo has two main colors Red and Blue which are the national colors of the United Kingdom.
The old logo is shown alongside for comparison. |
