Indian Journal of Medical Microbiology (IJMM)

IJMM is the official publication of Indian Association of Medical Microbiologists (IAMM). It is published quarterly in January, April, July and October. The journal is abstracted and indexed in PubMed/MEDLINE, National Library of Medicine, USA, EMBASE, Elsevier Science, Netherlands and IndMed, India.

IAMM was established in 1976 with the following objectives: 

"The Association shall promote scientific knowledge of Medical Microbiology and its related subjects, plan and execute projects for the advancement of this knowledge, improve education in Medical Microbiology and promote any programme of professional and ethical standing of Medical Microbiologists in India"

Presently, the IAMM consists of Founder Members (21), Life Members (1207) and Annual Members (298).
